Acceptable Use and Content Moderation Policy
Rules designed to prevent unlawful, abusive, deceptive or unsafe use of Farvis AI features.
1. Scope
This policy applies to content uploaded, generated, transformed, distributed or otherwise processed through Farvis, including scripts, images, audio, voices, avatars and videos.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Content involving sexual harm, grooming or exploitation of minors.
- Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or adult explicit content whose distribution is prohibited by applicable law.
- Credible threats, incitement, extremist recruitment or instructions for serious physical harm.
- Fraud, phishing, identity theft, deceptive endorsements, impersonation or misleading deepfakes.
- Unauthorised cloning or use of a person’s face, voice, identity or personal data.
- Illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons trafficking or evasion of law enforcement.
- Hateful abuse targeting protected characteristics.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights infringement.
- Malware, credential theft, system intrusion or circumvention of safety controls.
- Any other activity that is unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Review and enforcement
Farvis may apply automated and human review to inputs and outputs. A decision may allow, hold for review or block content.
We may warn a user, restrict a feature, withhold content, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, reverse improperly granted service credits and report conduct where legally required. We provide safe reason codes without exposing detection rules or harmful source material.
4. Appeals
Eligible users may appeal a moderation decision by identifying the affected decision and explaining why it is incorrect. Where practicable, a different reviewer will assess the available evidence. An appeal does not guarantee restoration or delay urgent safety action.
