AI Content, Likeness and Voice Consent Policy

1. Required authority

Before creating a digital twin, voice clone or other identifiable-person output, you must confirm that you are the depicted or recorded person, or that you have valid documented authority from every depicted or recorded person.

You must be able to provide evidence of that authority on request. A provider-side consent bypass does not replace your obligations to Farvis.

2. Consent evidence

Farvis may associate your consent statement with your account, source asset and resulting resource. We may retain proportionate evidence to investigate complaints, enforce this policy and comply with law.

3. Disclosure and deceptive use

You must disclose AI-generated or materially manipulated content where required by law or needed to avoid deception. You must not falsely imply that a person made a statement, endorsement or transaction.

4. Higher-risk uses

Content involving political persuasion, financial instructions, medical claims, endorsements, intimate content, minors or public officials may be blocked or require additional review.

5. Withdrawal

Authority may be withdrawn for future use. Withdrawal does not invalidate lawful processing already completed, but may block new generation using the affected evidence. Existing output may be removed where required by law, contract or safety policy.
